Black Iron Oxide is the super common inorganic (as in no carbon atom in the molecule) pigment that controls the darkness of your foundation or gives the blackness to your mascara. Blended with red and black iron oxides, it is essential in all "flesh-toned" makeup products. Maybelline lash paradise This mascara gives a nice dramatic finish to the eyes. I got the shade “Blackest Black” and it opens up my eyes pretty well. It gave my eyelash excellent volume and length. Overall, I am really happy with this mascara.

It has a traditional bristled brush that is similar to the Lash Paradise but slightly skinnier. This one creates a lot of volume (similar to Lash Paradise), but is definitely more eye-opening and lifting than the Lash Paradise. This is a thicker formula and is a little trickier to keep from clumping on the second coat. This is a good mascara, but I prefer mascaras with thinner plastic brushes.

The claims of the Lash Paradise Mascara are quite bold, but I guess you have to go there with a name like that. It promises feathery soft, voluminous lashes with +98% lengthening effect. I swear I would really want to see that extra 98% in action for once – my lashes would then extend way past the eyebrows 🙂
