Our Wrinkle Reduction method uses a muscle relaxing substance derived from a bacteria to produce temporary reduction in muscle movement which softens facial lines and wrinkles. It works well for forehead lines, crow’s feet and frown lines. It is injected directly into the muscles and weakens the muscle, which in turn lessens the lines of facial expression. The procedure takes a few minutes only. The effects are usually noted within 24-48 hours after injection and lasts 3-6 months.

HYPERHIDROSIS
This is the medical name for excess sweating. The same muscle relaxing substance is  also used
for excess sweating….under arms, palms ,soles, face, head. The effects will last for 8 to 14 months.

MIGRAINE PREVENTION
The same substance may assist in Migraine Prevention. It is thought to work via muscle relaxation and by its anti-nociceptive (anti-pain perception) action.

When Can't Our Wrinkle Reduction Method  be Used?

Non-dynamic wrinkles and lines from sun damage are best treated by other methods; laser resurfacing, chemical peels, and collagen injection.

Possible Risks and Side Effects

No systemic complications have been reported.

There is a rare possibility of an allergic reaction.

The most common side effect is local numbness, swelling, bruising or burning sensation during injection. Headaches and nausea may occur, and usually go within a few hours. Any bruising may last several days.

Occasionally mild drooping of one or both eyelids occurs. This usually begins about two weeks after treatment and lasts about two to four weeks and is always reversible.

Rarely, injections in crow’s feet can weaken the muscles used to close the eyes in blinking or sleep. Eyedrops and protective ointment would be needed to protect the eye until the condition resolves.

Extremely rarely, double vision has been reported this is always reversible.
